Maelasta perform music by Filippo Gragnani (1767-1820) and Paganini (1782-1840), inspired by the Turner & Italy exhibition taking place in the Royal Scottish Academy Building in the National Galleries complex on the Mound –Edinburgh.
This major exhibition explores the enduring relationship between JMW Turner and Italy. Highlights include the artist’s great Rome from the Vatican of 1819, and his 1844 Approach to Venice.
This is the only UK showing of this blockbuster exhibition.
